Als Qualitätsmanager*in (w/m/d) bei Packiro bist du verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Produktqualität von nachhaltigen Verpackungen. Als Teil des Verpackungsentwicklungsteams stellst du unsere Produktqualität sicher.

Dabei bauen wir als Teil der Siegwerk-Gruppe auf das stabile Fundament eines Global Players mit 190 Jahren Verpackungs-Know-how auf.
Your Challenges
  • Sicherstellung der Produktqualität von nachhaltigen Verpackungen in Bezug auf Stabilität, Dichtigkeit, Funktionalität und Bedruckung
  • Organisation und Durchführung der Warenausgangskontrollen gemäß den festgelegten Qualitätsstandards
  • Dokumentation und Auswertung der Prüfergebnisse zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produktqualität
  • Regelmäßiger Bericht an den Team Lead über Qualitätskennzahlen und 
    -entwicklungen
  • Weiterentwicklung der internen Kontrollparameter und Prüfmethoden zur Optimierung des Qualitätsmanagements
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Kontrollparametern und Prüfmethoden bei Vorlieferanten
  • Einholen und Nachhalten von Zertifikaten, insbesondere im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit wie FSC-Zertifizierung, Made4Recycling
  • Durchführung interner Audits zur Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards (ISO, BRC, inklusive FSC)
  • Unterstützung beim Claim Management im Falle von Qualitätsabweichungen
Your Skills
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise in der Verpackungs- oder Konsumgüterindustrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Stabilität, Dichtigkeit, Funktionalität und Bedruckung von Verpackungen
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsstandards sowie in der Auditdurchführung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

As a Quality Manager (f/m/d) at Packiro, you will be responsible for ensuring the product quality of sustainable packaging. As part of the packaging development team, you will secure our product quality.

As part of the Siegwerk Group, you will build on the stable foundation of a global player with 180 years of packaging expertise. At the same time, you will help shape the future of Packiro with your process knowledge and project experience.
Your Challenges
  • Ensuring the product quality of sustainable packaging in terms of stability, packaging performance, functionality and printing
  • Organizing and carrying out outgoing goods inspections in accordance with the defined quality standards
  • Documenting and evaluating the test results to continuously improve product quality
  • Regular reporting to the Team Lead on key quality indicators and developments
  • Further development of internal control parameters and test methods to optimize quality management
  • Developing and implementing control parameters and test methods for upstream suppliers
  • Obtaining and following up on certificates, particularly in the area of sustainability such as FSC certification, Made4Recycling
  • Conducting internal audits to check compliance with quality standards (ISO, BRC, including FSC)
  • Supporting claim management in the event of quality deviations
Your skills
  • Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in the industry of packaging or consumer goods
  • Sound knowledge in the areas of stability, packaging performance, functionality and printing of packaging
  • Experience in the development and implementation of quality standards and in conducting audits
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work as part of a team and to be persuasive
  • Ability to work independently, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English skills are required, German language skills are advantageous.
