As Team Lead, you will ensure that we not only work optimally with our partners in packaging production, but also develop innovative solutions for efficient and sustainable supply chains together with your team. As Team Lead Operative Supply Chain (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the further development of our supply chain structures. You will lead and develop your team, establish efficient, digital and scalable processes and focus on automation and data-driven solutions to guarantee the best possible customer experience. You will also play an operational role, scrutinise existing structures and actively drive the digital transformation of our supply chain.
Your Challenges
  • You take on the leadership of the operational SCM team, continuously develop your employees, actively drive the achievement of targets and provide support in finding solutions.  
  • You maintain business relationships with our partners in packaging production based on performance reviews, forecasts, material stocks or new product developments.  
  • You identify optimization potential in the business processes and actively shape the digitalization and efficiency enhancement of the entire supply chain. 
  • You will work with your team to monitor supply chain capacity and performance, identify bottlenecks and develop suitable action plans.  
  • You oversee quality assurance processes and manage supplier claims, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company standards.
  • By implementing ad hoc analyses and special projects, you will actively contribute to our company's success.  
  • You will be responsible for planning and carrying out the annual inventory and internal supply chain audits, ensuring smooth processes in purchasing, coordination and operational processes. 
  • You will develop and coordinate the strategic roadmap for our SCM activities. 
Your skills
  • You have at least 6 years of work experience in supply chain management
  • You have strong organizational skills and practical experience with project management tools and methods
  • You have proven expertise in supplier and partner management 
  • You have a background in the packaging industry or tech/e-commerce environment
  • You are an excellent communicator in both German and English
  • You are a team player with a high level of self-motivation and independence
  • You have leadership experience in managing small teams, with a focus on setting clear goals, driving efficiency, and motivating your team

Als Team Lead Operative Supply Chain (m/w/d) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Supply-Chain-Strukturen. Du führst und entwickelst dein Team, etablierst effiziente, digitale und skalierbare Prozesse und konzentrierst dich auf Automatisierung und datengetriebene Lösungen, um das bestmögliche Kundenerlebnis zu garantieren. Du wirst auch eine operative Rolle übernehmen, bestehende Strukturen hinterfragen und die digitale Transformation unserer Supply Chain aktiv vorantreiben.
Diese Challenges warten auf dich:
  • Du übernimmst die Leitung des operativen SCM-Teams, entwickelst deine Mitarbeitenden kontinuierlich weiter, treibst die Zielerreichung aktiv voran und unterstützt bei der Lösungsfindung.
  • Du pflegst Geschäftsbeziehungen mit unseren Partnern in der Verpackungsproduktion auf Basis von Leistungsbewertungen, Forecasts, Materialbeständen und neuen Produktentwicklungen.
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in den Geschäftsprozessen und gestaltest die Digitalisierung sowie Effizienzsteigerung der gesamten Supply Chain aktiv mit.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team überwachst du die Kapazität und Leistung der Lieferkette, identifizierst Engpässe und entwickelst geeignete Maßnahmen.
  • Du überwachst Qualitätssicherungsprozesse und bearbeitest Lieferantenreklamationen, um eine zeitnahe Lösung und die Einhaltung unserer Standards sicherzustellen.
  • Durch die Umsetzung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Sonderprojekten trägst du aktiv zum Unternehmenserfolg bei.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung der jährlichen Inventur sowie interner Supply-Chain-Audits und stellst reibungslose Abläufe in Einkauf, Koordination und operativen Prozessen sicher.
  • Du entwickelst und koordinierst die strategische Roadmap für unsere SCM-Aktivitäten.
Deine Skills
  • Du hast mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie praktische Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools und -Methoden.
  • Du hast nachweisliche Expertise im Lieferanten- und Partnermanagement.
  • Du bringst einen Hintergrund in der Verpackungsindustrie oder im Tech-/E-Commerce-Umfeld mit.
  • Du kommunizierst ausgezeichnet in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer mit hoher Selbstmotivation und Eigenständigkeit.
  • Du hast Führungserfahrung in der Leitung kleiner Teams und zeichnest dich durch klare Zielsetzung, Effizienzsteigerung und die Motivation deines Teams aus.
